Ag Irrigation Electrician
Seeking an electrician with a strong background in agriculture irrigation. Service, repair, maintain and operate irrigation units and related systems in the field. Center pivot, linear, and corner systems. Diagnose and repair problems as they arise. Repair/replace computerized panels, pipes, valves, etc. Must be able to climb ladders. 45 hour workweek, with more hours during peak seasons. Can rotate schedules with other electricians. Any sort of electrical certification is a big plus. 2 years of more of experience with ag irrigation systems. Understanding of 480V electrical systems. Valid driver's license with good driving record. $55,000 to $70,000.

Complete equipment inspections, routine and scheduled maintenance, and related documentation. Work a daily irrigation route. Coordinate and calibrate fertigation, and water volume as per direction from the Irrigation Supervisor. Schedule is dependent on whether and seasons. Expected to work as needed. Assist in planting and harvest operations as needed. 2-4 years’ experience in irrigation related field. Pesticide Applicator License (can be acquired after hire). Experience in potato operations, preferred. A working knowledge of electrical and mechanical repair and maintenance procedures is a real plus for this position. Valid driver's license and good driving record. The ability to work with computers, tablets, and other technology in your daily routine. Self-starting and able to work independently. $40,000 to $45,000.

You will participate in cutting edge technology in cattle feeding. You will have total responsibility for management and day-to-day operations involving 225,000 animals and 220 employees. All relocation and living expenses in Russia are paid. Paid trips home every 6 months. You will complete a 3-month trial period then, if mutually agreed, you will sign a 3-year contract.
